Last December I acquired an indoor exercise book and made a resolution to get regular exercise. This is my 3-month accountability post.
I set a goal to exercise an hour a day, 6 days a week
Have I been faithfully exercising?
Yes. I've exercised 6 days a week, every week, for the last 3 months.
How much exercise am I getting?
I'm biking 75 miles a week, every week.
Has it resulted in any weight loss?
A little, 6 pounds.
What are the goals for March-June?
I'll keep this exercise routine going, but also try to start curbing how much I eat. I do like to dine out, and that's part of the problem. Now that the weather is getting nicer, I'll also plan occasional walks with my wife Becky.
